Are you an experienced building engineer who wants to work for a company that focuses on innovation and multidisciplinary projects? And preferably in an open working environment with plenty of room for personal development? Then you have come to the right place.

What you do as a Building Engineer

As a building engineer, you are responsible for the architectural design and sometimes the implementation supervision of projects within your projects. Our customers are mainly located in the industrial sector and the projects vary from small-scale renovations to large-scale new construction projects. You often work as part of a multidisciplinary project team together with other disciplines and the project manager. From time to time you are also responsible for your own projects as a project leader.

The projects vary from elaborating sketch designs to coordination in the implementation phases on the construction site. Passion for detailing and substantive knowledge of the technical phases of a design is of great importance. It goes without saying that knowledge of Dutch building regulations is required for this. Your daily tasks consist of:

  • Coordinating and communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and sometimes directly with the customer.
  • Produce all necessary BIM models, drawings, reports and technical specifications together with your team of modellers.

For an engineer there are plenty of opportunities to put your creativity and inventiveness within our team and our projects! Think of innovation in facade engineering or sustainability in building materials.
