Royal HaskoningDHV, we have a dedicated team of due diligence specialists serving the broad industry. The team is very successful because of the unique combination of technical and environmental due diligence services. The core due diligence teams will be supported by the 6,000 highly skilled consultants and engineers of our company.
Due to a growing portfolio of due diligence work, we are looking to expand our team wAtith highly motivated and enthusiastic people.

Wat je doet als Consultaant Transaction Services

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Consultant who will be able to act as one of our leaders of the due diligence teams. You will play a crucial role in advising our demanding clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors and will guide other team members through the process.
You are a result orientated self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills, are client oriented, are a real team player, like to coach other team members, know to deal with pressure and value our flexible way of working. You like to travel since quite a lot of our projects are abroad.

Wat je meebrengt

• You are comfortable in a project management role of due diligence projects;
• You have an entrepreneurial, proactive and flexible attitude;
• You have an academic degree of in the engineering, financial or economic field;
• You have a good understanding energy and infrastructure transaction dynamics;
• You are client oriented, and you will be able to manage the commercial phase with clients;
• You are a networker and have access to a large personal network;
• You have 5-10 years of relevant experience;
• You know how to present yourself, our company and projects in English and preferable in Dutch in a professional way;
• You are based in The Netherlands;
• You are flexible to travel (mainly short trips).
