And as an Electrical Engineer you can contribute to this.

What you do as an Electrical Engineer

What our clients have in common, is the need for consultant and engineers who really think along and they increasingly demand more detailed designed in 3D up to working documentation level. And that is exactly where you are going to help them with. With your technical and 3D modelling skills, you know how to efficiently engineer and model design. Your day-to-day tasks consist of:
  • Engineering the electronic design in project teams. Of course, under the guidance of the Lead Engineer;
  • Develop single line diagrams of the electrical installation and coordinate with other disciplines for initial space reservations;
  • Modelling the electrical installation in 3D Revit or AutoCAD by using the single line diagrams and coordinated space reservations;
  • Implement your knowledge of workability, mountability, accessibility and maintainability into the model to ensure that the contractor can build it exactly according to our model without revising it.

The project team where you work in are multidisciplinary and work on national and international projects. In addition to participating in projects, you also contribute to the optimisation of our internal business processes and to securing and sharing knowledge within your own field. You will become part of are Design & Engineering Multinationals Advisory Group. With the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team we provide a multidisciplinary range of consultancy services for our data centre clients. We provide strategic, tactical and operational advice to our clients including colocation data centres, internet service providers and telecom companies. Our team consists of colleagues with all kinds of different expertise such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, structures, architecture, fire safety, control and security engineering. What you bring

With your entrepreneurial and proactive attitude you are comfortable in the partnership of client, consultant and installer. Besides that, you have:
  • A bachelor and/or master degree in Electrical Engineering or HIT-E;
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience;
  • Experience with Revit and integrated design;
  • Good command of the English language.
