You’ll help shape the People agenda and engage in strategic HR projects focusing on leadership, learning and development, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and health and well-being.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Water & Maritime APAC business unit (Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and New Zealand) by translating our business strategy into a People Strategy. When it comes to strategic and tactical HR topics, you are the sparring partner for important stakeholders within the business unit.
