The expert we are looking for is responsible for configuration and support of all our HR solutions, such as AFAS-Profit, Cornerstone Talent Management and TalentLink Recruitment.

What you will do as HR Applications Manager (AFAS Profit)

  • Together with your colleagues you will translate functional requirements into suitable solutions within the HR systems.
  • You are responsible for maintenance, configurations and enhancements on AFAS-Profit, Cornerstone and TalentLink.
  • You will work with colleagues and/or implementation partners in project teams for e.g. process improvements or implementation of newly acquired HR applications.
  • You will collaborate with key users and HRM Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to handle service requests, incidents, and problems.
  • Integrations between AFAS-Profit and other systems are managed by you and your colleagues.
  • You will ensure proper documentation of the adjustments, features, functionalities, and design/implementation choices.

As part of DWS, the department Enterprise Automation (EA) is responsible for developing and maintaining our Enterprise software solutions, working closely with our internal customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Our team works one day in Amersfoort every other week, the other days you work from your home office (Amersfoort/Nijmegen/Delft) and from home.

What you bring

Because of your strong experience with HR-Applications (at least AFAS-Profit), you are the perfect candidate to support and expand our current solutions. As a dynamic

organization, we value flexibility and a willingness to learn, especially when new HR-Applications are onboarded. Your strong analytic thinking, problem solving skills and attention to detail provides you with the ability to build future-proof solutions that meet the demands of our internal customers.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience as a system administrator or consultant of the application AFAS-Profit (at least 3 years).
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • A proactive attitude, you are flexible, and you are driven to optimize business value, user experience and process efficiency.
  • Preferably you have experience with JIRA and MS-Teams.
  • Optional: Experience as a system administrator of the applications Cornerstone and/or TalentLink.
